ALL TOYS (not only toys made by Little Cosy Things) should always be played with under adult supervision, especially with children under the age of 3 years.
Furthermore, NO toy should ever be left with a young child, baby or newborn in a pram or cot when sleeping.
No glues, adhesives or plastics are ever used with any Little Cosy Things. Eyes are hand sewn with cotton yarn, especially good for little ones who like to put things in their mouths :)
All details, such as cheeks, emblems and details are hand sewn using acrylic felt & cotton thread.
All Little Cosy Things are made from 100% pure cotton yarn, from an Australian owned and operated mill. Occasionally pure wool yarn is used for features and extra detail on toys. Most blankets are made from 100% soft pure wool, unless stated otherwise. I do make blankets in cotton as well :)
I prefer to use cotton yarn for my toys. Cotton yarn is extremely soft, hypo allergenic, and dries super fast - which is great for slobbery kisses and cuddles!!
Please DO NOT put your Little Cosy Thing in the washing machine!! EEK! They get scared and do not like it much... if your little friend gets grubby, spot clean only using cold water and allow to air dry. Do not wring out, or tumble dry.
For blankets - I recommend hand washing. However you can use a gentle machine wash. Lay flat on the clothes line to dry. Do not tumble dry. Dry Cleanable 30 degrees.

For Australian Customers - all orders are sent via EXPRESS POST. Guaranteed Next Day delivery within Australia, however this is only if you are within the Australia Post next day network. For those in regional areas, and outside the network, you can generally expect your parcel within 2 - 3 business days.
International Customers - all orders are sent via Australia Post International Parcel Post. Items can arrive within 7-14 business days, however, they can sometimes take up to 4 weeks (depending on customs etc). Please send me an email if you would like a more specific time frame for your location. No tracking number, insurance or signature is provided with standard mail, but available on request (fees apply).
Items marked as PRE ORDER will be shipped as completed. Each listing has a rough estimate as to expected waiting times.
Refunds are for damaged items only. Please contact me via email - email@example.com with photos of the damage. I will then arrange with you the best (and quickest) way to get your purchase back to me.
Refunds will be on purchase price, postage fee will not be refunded. You will need to also pay for postage on your item to be returned.
